Myala enhances the support system for its users by enabling the addition of a personal support team. By using the myala signal under “Your support,” users can discreetly alert their team when they are in need of assistance.

In terms of crisis management, myala ensures immediate access to complimentary, 24/7 support from trained Crisis Text Line counselors. Additionally, users can explore an array of mental health resources and tips provided by Active Minds, one of myala's partners.

For those using Apple devices, myala integrates seamlessly with Apple Health. Users who connect their Apple Watch can include sleep data in their reports, enriching the overall analysis of their health patterns.
